78 seafarer sailboat

I am putting as much info as I can I don't have the time to answer a lot of questions

the engine will not start it is a yanmar 1 cyl diesel ysm8

the boat is in the water and is in pretty good shape for its age 

3 sails and there is room in the back for an outboard if you install a bracket

the boat must be moved or towed so please don't respond if your not prepared to do this.

It is located on the sassafrass in Georgetown md

MUST BE MOVED or arrange a slip with the marina.
