Needs work, motor not running, mast included.

Hull in sound condition.

3 sails (main, jib, Genoa).

No trailer - boat is in water.

Work Needed:
- Bracket for mast stay on port side needs to be replaced
- some hardware to attach the stays (turnbuckles) need to be replaced
- Motor is not running
- Boat needs good cleaning inside/outside
- Mainsail has some tears that need to be replaced
- Mainsail cover needs to be replaced
