Does not run, engine needs work, but is repairable.

I do not know the exact issue with the engines.

They are Twin 225'HP MERCURY CRUISER (inboard gasoline) engines.

Clean pink slip

No leaks - dry engine hull and clean bilge.

Needs repainting, some new wiring, cosmetic TLC.

Head (bathroom) has sink but no toilet.

Slip is non-transferable and unavailable.

Slips are difficult or impossible to obtain for non-running boats in Marina del Rey.

The dock where it is will be demolished soon for renovations.

Boat must be towed before January 6th to another Marina or to a trailer for dry storage or transport.

Once on land could serve as a mini house or a studio.

Must provide your own water towing and land towing arrangements

(must have your own trailer and truck large enough to haul a 31 foot power boat).

Or must have pre-approved slip elsewhere to tow it to.
