We need to sale my father's boat.

He was converting it from a trawler to a live-a-board.

His health is forcing the sale.

He can no longer work on it and I need to get ride of it

so he can focus on his health.

It has a good running V12 Detroit single screw.

She came down the Columbia all the way from Lewiston under

her own power without any mechanical problems.

It also has a 6 cylinder Detroit in the engine room that we did not mess with.

Lots of stuff there. Make me an offer. I need it gone.

the yard rent works out to about $400 a month.
