Moored in the West River.

Has a mainsail but needs a jib.

5hp outboard that works great - If needed can be purchased separate for $300.

Very dry boat with no leaks at all.

Needs a winch replaced (I bought the replacement just have not put on).

Bow pulpit needs to be re secured.

Must remove from the mooring.

I can meet at a convenient location and sign over the title etc.
